Who is Tammie Foote?

Tammie Foote is a life long resident of Athens Georgia, who attended Oglethorpe Ave Elementary, Clark Middle School and a graduate of Clark Central High school. She has dedicated 25 years with the state of Georgia in the social services field, helping families to become self sufficient.

A dedicated advocate for accountability and progress, Tammie centers her platform on housing stability, economic development, and infrastructure-ensuring every voice in District 3 is heard and represented.

Her platform prioritizes stabilizing affordable housing, so families can remain in the communities they call home. Also, bringing economic opportunities directly into the community, and investing in infrastructure that serves all residents. With deep roots in the Athens community, she is committed to building a government that works for the people-not special interest groups.
